Refund Policy

Short version: if a product genuinely doesn't do what its own page says it does, ask and it'll be made right. This page exists so that's a real, written commitment, not just a line in a chat.

Products with a trial

Bait-Mask and Amber-Freeze (14-day trial) and Decoy Kit (SSH key trap, free forever) can be evaluated before you pay for a full license — start a trial via the contact page on that product's own page. Because you can test before buying, a full annual license purchased after a trial is generally final, except where the "genuinely doesn't work" clause below applies.

Products without a trial

MCP Gateway, Agent Guardrails, Probe Kit, All-Stop, and a Leviathan Platform pilot don't currently have a self-serve trial period. If, within 14 days of purchase, the product doesn't do what its own product page describes — not "I changed my mind," but a genuine functional gap between what was described and what you received — contact us and we'll refund it in full.

What this doesn't cover

• Change of mind after a working trial period, for trial-eligible products.
• Misconfiguration or misuse on your own infrastructure — every product page states plainly what it does and doesn't defend against; a gap already disclosed there isn't a refund basis.
• A Leviathan Platform subscription month once that month's engagement has already taken place — the pilot-then-subscription structure is described on the pricing page, and only the initial pilot period is covered by the clause above.

How to ask

Use the contact page and say what's not matching the product's own description. This is a solo operation — expect a real, personal reply, not an automated ticket system, and expect it to be handled honestly in either direction.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, this page and the date above will be updated.
